Hello! I'm a brazilian graphic designer who typically enjoys drawing and creating anthros, ferals, aliens characters for personal use. I'm always trying to improve my art as much as possible and also do traditional art. Besides liking cute and fluffy art, I'm also into horror, gore and nsfw stuff.

Adopts/Design Terms of Service

Payment method is PayPal (USD)

1. ALL payments will be sent through an invoice;
2. If payment is not received within 24 hours of responding to the purchase claim, the adopt will be put up for sale again;
3. Do not bid if you can't pay immediately;
4. Reply to the last bidder when offering;
5. If you offer for a Payment Plan, pay at least $100 - $200 upfront;
6. ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS UP TO 1-2 MONTHS. Just note me with your offer;
7. FOR PAYMENT PLANS, IF THERE IS WITHDRAWAL/BACKOUT, THERE WILL NOT BE A REFUND OF THE PART ALREADY PAID. This is important due to all my PayPal payments being converted to my currency, which AUTOMATICALLY transfers all quantity to my bank account;
8. You cannot ask for a refund since you own the character now. But you can resell it, for the same price you paid;
9. Don't resell my designs for more than you paid, unless the design has more art;
10. Don't sell designs of mine that you got by trading, instead, trade it again, for other ocs and/or art of the same worth;
11. Don't sell my designs to blacklisted people;
12. Only offer if you are absolutely sure that you can and want to buy the design;
13. You can make any design changes you want, but DO NOT make the design unrecognizable;
14. MUST have a Toyhou.se so I can keep track of where the design is. If you don't, I'll keep the design on my account until you can get a TH account.
15. Let me know if you ever resell my design, so I can help you to sell it by sharing;
16. You are not permitted to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media material for commercial purposes UNLESS you purchase a separate commercial use release from me;
17. You're free to do as you please with the design you bought, but any mention of my design being drawn supporting pedophilia, zoophilia, nazism, homophobia, transphobia, racism, etc, will result in you being immediately blacklisted.
18. You're not allowed to remove my watermark, as I try to put it in places that will not affect the visibility of the design;
19. I MUST be Authorized on Toyhou.se to see the character I designed at least. I have seen this happen to friends where the credit of the design was removed;
20. ANY broken terms will result with you being on my Blacklist;
